STANDARD WARRANTY CONDITIONS

These warranty conditions apply to items supplied by Techno Systems Ltd and Techno Systems NZ.

1. The warranty will be 06 months from the date of invoice or the date of installation, whichever comes first – unless specifically varied in writing at the time of supply.

2. The warranty covers all defects in material and / or workmanship in the product.

3. The warranty does not cover failure caused by improper installation, operation, operation without adequate over-load, over/under-voltage and other safety protection, cleaning or maintenance accident, damage, misuse, abuse, un-authorized maintenance or replacement of parts, normal wear & tear or any other event, act, default, or omission outside the control of Techno Systems Ltd or the product manufacturer.

4. The warranty is given to the purchaser named in the invoice and no warranty transfers are allowed.
5. In all cases Techno Systems Ltd conveys the Manufacturer’s warranty to the Buyer. All remedies under this warranty will be governed by the terms and by the time frame for such remedy defined by the manufacturer.
6. The original purchase receipt or invoice must be presented with all warranty claims. Techno Systems Ltd retains the right to refuse claim where the original documents cannot be presented and where the purchase of the equipment cannot be verified against our records.

7. Techno Systems Ltd will at its option repair or replace any defective items to restore such items to original specifications.   

8. The item under warranty is to be returned to our address for such repair or replacement.  All dismantling and freight charges are to be borne by the customer.

9. Where repair or replacement is carried out under the warranty the balance of the original product warranty will apply to the repaired / replaced items.

10. The liability of Techno Systems Ltd under this warranty is limited only to the product supplied. Techno Systems Ltd does not assume or accept liability for any damage or defect to any associated or linked items or to injury to any personnel under any conditions or circumstances – whether caused by this item or otherwise. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the item is handled, installed and operated with due regard to the safety of all associated equipment and personnel and in compliance of all statutory and other requirements.
